You know those drool-worthy hunters? Alexis Taylor’s Gatsby is one of them!
Gatsby, known around the barn as “Woody”, is a 10-year-old gelding with an overgrown puppy attitude. As he follows Alexis where ever she goes, she says it’s clear he’s very spoiled, but very loved.
Woody has a degenerative cartilage issue, so his riding and competing can be inconsistent at times depending on his comfort level, but Alexis considers any ride with him truly a blessing; “Woody is simply stunning and one of the most amazing horses to ride. I cherish all of my time with him and despite his limited training, he has an exceptional jump and has won many big classes.”
Alexis feeds all her horses, including Woody, Cavalor because “the results have always been phenomenal! It maintains their beautiful coats, healthy weight and muscle development. I just love it. Most of my horses are hunters so I primarily feed Pianissimo. I love the stress reducing and calming components!” Alexis also uses Cavalor’s Muscle Force and Calm, as well as Star Shine.
